Returned items may be subject to a return shipping fee if shipping was supplied by Carter Goods in the amount of the direct carrier cost. Freight shipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer on all return freight shipments.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
