The delivery of the product to the designated return location is within 30 days of the original delivery. The product is returned in complete and original condition. No parts are missing or damaged. Returned items may be subject to a return shipping fee if shipping was supplied by Carter Goods in the amount of the direct carrier cost. Freight shipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer on all return freight shipments.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
