We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can request a full refund. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase as long as the following conditions apply. The product is requested for return within 14 days of delivery. The delivery of the product to the designated return location is within 30 days of the original delivery. The product is returned in complete and original condition. No parts are missing or damaged. Returned items may be subject to a return shipping fee if shipping was supplied by Carter Goods in the amount of the direct carrier cost. Freight shipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer on all return freight shipments.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer / shipper without prior RMA approval from Carter Goods LLC.

Canada Orders are not eligible for refunded shipping charge's at this time. Buyer may be responsible for cost of return shipping.
Bulk direct purchase's are subject to manufactures return processing policy, and fee's along with a Carter Goods LLC 20% restocking fee. Bulk Carter Goods Filter orders in QTY's of 20 or more are non refundable.
Heavy Equipment orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee as determined by our support team at the time of return.
